Their Personnel Are Amazing

The biggest benefit I get from BCI is the assurance that BCI will be available in a timely manner when an issue arises. Their personnel are amazing, which sets BCI apart from other IT firms. We have a wonderful salesperson and engineer. We have been with BCI for almost 6 years. I have had the same engineer during this entire time. Knowing the person handling an issue has in-depth knowledge of your company, makes a huge difference.
